Eyespace Introduces Prescriptive Sunwear Collections

Multi-award winning eyewear company, Eyespace, are to debut their first prescription sunwear collections, under their flagship Cocoa Mint and Jensen brands.

Perfectly timed to refresh stock offerings in the New Year, the premiere ranges - which launch in January and are available to pre-order now - have been developed in conjunction with future trend forecasts and targeted market research with Eyespace’s customers.

The Cocoa Mint Sunwear collection comprises 20 fashion-forward pieces and is a natural evolution in the brand’s distinctive style of ‘relaxed glamour’. The beautifully balanced selection of acetate and metal pieces radiate modern femininity through luxurious and premium-quality materials, stylish accents and harmonious, flattering tonal palettes. With inspiration drawn from the London, New York, Paris and Milan catwalks, the debut collection’s signature piece, CMS 2000, sets a new standard in oversized eyeshapes. This stunning contemporary-classic features a uniquely shaped high gloss eyefront in black, brought to life via stunning gold temples embossed with Cocoa Mint branding. Providing the complete couture experience, a logo branded box, case and cloth is provided with each Cocoa Mint Sunwear frame.

The super-smart and technically advanced Jensen Sunwear collection maintains the brand’s iconic ‘jet-set’ feel. Designer led and instinctively modern, this range of 18 pieces refines men’s sunwear, driving it forward in both style and fashion. Designed from the bridge outwards for ultimate wearer comfort, each piece delivers tailored sophistication to the practice portfolio. Utilising the finest Italian acetates and designer-led detailing, use of high fashion tones and textures, including rubberised fronts and both matte and highly polished finishes, make this range stand out for all the right reasons.

An inevitable best-seller in the Jensen Sunwear range is contemporary tri-laminate model, JNS 7000. In a trend led blue this frame features a confident semi-transparent eyefront, complemented by blue wood-effect temples. Masculine edge is achieved through chevron pin details, while the self-assured highly polished red interior makes an impeccable style statement. Each Jensen Sunwear frame comes complete with a branded sports-inspired case and cleaning cloth.

Fashion and form remain the hallmark for both new sunwear ranges, as it does the selection of attractive merchandising materials, including exclusive social media content, which stockists can take advantage of. Such is their styling and appeal, each of the new frames are suitable for sale with plano or prescription lenses. Each piece provides optimal UV protection, with optical quality CR39 or UV400 lenses. Additionally, Jensen features select models with polarised and polarised AR coated lenses for added luxury and upgrade options.
