NEW SHIPPING HUB OPENS TO SERVICE EUROPEAN DISTRIBUTION
A state-of-the-art distribution hub, located in a prime industrial zone in Austria and opened in November 2023, was carefully selected to optimise supply chain logistics and streamline the distribution process. This facility is enabling Eyespace to provide its extensive network of retail partners across Europe with improved access to its cutting-edge eyewear products, ultimately enhancing the customer experience.

The European distribution hub features advanced inventory management systems and a streamlined order fulfilment process. This investment in infrastructure will empower Eyespace to optimise its operations, while customers will benefit from reduced lead times, competitive shipping costs and no import duties or VAT on goods received, under the EU Single Trade Agreement. Additionally, customers will continue to have access to all Eyespace brands and collections, while the customer service team at their UK Headquarters will remain on hand for day-to-day queries and support.
